A new report from the ACLU finds that the use or threat of force has become a routine part of many ICE enforcement operations, raising concerns about transparency, accountability, and the treatment of immigrant communities. The report documents more than 1,200 enforcement operations and highlights the need for greater oversight and protections during immigration enforcement. As conversations about immigration continue, it’s critical to center the dignity, safety, and human rights of all people.
