Over the years, NCHE built and supported a diverse network of leaders and practitioners committed to health and racial equity.

Through the leadership programs at NCHE, we’ve used different lengths of programs, from 18 months to three years, to develop transformative leadership skills across industries and professions. These programs not only focus on the health equity aspect of our mission but also support leaders with varied experiences to guide communities toward racial healing and transformation.
