Apply for CoHLI Cohort 4

The application process for Cohort 4 officially opens on July 1, 2026.

For our fourth cohort, we are pivoting to a focused, 12-month virtual leadership experience. In response to recent Supreme Court decisions and the growing challenges facing communities across the country, this cohort will heavily focus on the Law Pillar of the TRHT framework. We anticipate selecting a cohort of twenty (20) participants. Selected leaders will receive a $10,000 flexible award to advance their work and support innovative approaches to addressing systemic inequities, along with mentoring, peer learning, and opportunities to apply the TRHT framework to real-world challenges.
