NYAPRS is a statewide coalition of people who use and/or provide recovery oriented community base mental health services. They are dedicated to improving services and social condition for people experiencing behavioral health challenges so that all people can participate freely in the opportunities of society. This gathering will bring together organizations executive leadership to inform, challenge and very often change the trajectory.
